Envirodyne Technologies, Inc. is comprised of four operating divisions: MonlanGroup, Wash & Recycle Systems, STC Dip Spin and Kalamazoo Fabricating.
MonlanGroup, located in Westlake, Ohio, engineers and sells a proprietary line of wastewater and industrial fluid filtration and recycling equipment serving the metal working industry throughout North America. The MonlanGroup is a combination of three former companies, Hyde Products, Kalamazoo Conveyor, and Monlan /Chemaperm Magnetics, all of which were acquired in the late 1990’s.
In May 2003, the Wash & Recycle Systems division was created to focus our filtration technology on water reclamation and filtration projects predominantly on the west coast.
Our most recent addition to Envirodyne Technologies is the STC Dip Spin line of product coating equipment serving the corrosive protection coating market. Peterson Spring had been the manufacturer for over forty-years. Through plant consolidations at Peterson, Envirodyne was licensed to engineer, market, sell, manufacture, and service the entire line of these centrifugal bulk parts paint applying machines.
Kalamazoo Fabricating, a custom steel fabricating and design shop founded in 1984 serves as Envirodyne Technologies’ core manufacturing facility serving all operating divisions as well as its own aligned customer base. As The MonlanGroup, Wash & Recycle Systems, or STC Dip Spin receives orders, they complete the engineering drawings and bills of materials for release to Kalamazoo Fabricating for manufacture. Customers often observe runoff and final testing of their equipment at the Kalamazoo, Michigan facility.
It is the objective of our company to grow the manufacturing businesses through new product development, enhanced sales efforts, alignment with strategic partners, and acquisitions or joint ventures.
